Want to become a golf teacher?
Do you love golf and would you like to inspire others to learn to play golf (better)? Are you the inspiring force in the golf development of youth, ladies or seniors? Do you want to earn some extra money or perhaps give your career a new direction? Are you already teaching, but would you like to expand your knowledge? Whatever your reasons, the WGTF of The Netherlands offers the opportunity to follow your passion for golf.
WGTF training courses offer various options. We do not focus exclusively on full-time golf instructors. There are also people who want to turn their hobby into a part-time profession. These teachers (so-called entertrainers) are particularly needed for clinics, company outings, golf trips, roadshows and youth golf.
The foundation needed to become a fully-fledged and officially recognized golf teacher is training Assistant Golf Teaching Professional (Level II). An important role, from this position you will make an active contribution to making people enthusiastic about golf.
Once you have completed these basics, you can continue studying Certified Golf Teaching Professional (level III). Here the focus is on deepening the sport of golf and you will learn to teach independently.
Once a Certified Teaching professional, you can decide to continue investing in yourself and sign up for the Master Golf Teaching Professional (level IV), the highest level within the WGTF.
